Drop off used clubs to the pro shop by August 22nd and Next Round will email or text you a quote. 

Step 1: GATHER UP
Collect all of the clubs you’d like to trade-in for credit.

Step 2: BRING IT IN
Bring your clubs in to your golf shop and let them know you’re trading in.

Step 3: EVALUATE
The Event Specialist from Next Round will evaluate your clubs by August 29th and offer you a quote via phone or text.

Step 4: GET CREDIT
Accept your quote, and enjoy your credit at the golf shop!

Bull Run Open April 28, 2024

Member/Member  June 23, 2024

• Morning Tee Times
• Format-2 person Better Ball Gross and Net vs. Field
• Entry fee is $50.00 per player
• 100% pay-out to winners

Red, White and Blue Tournament  July 4, 2024

• Play 6 holes from Red tees, 6 Holes from White tees and 6 Holes Blue tees
• Entry fee is $30.00 per player
• 80% of individual’s men’s blue tee handicap will be utilized
• Schedule your own tee-time and sign-up at pro shop counter prior to play
• Play format within your regular group and turn in card upon completion
• 100% pay-out to winners

Member Match Play July 27-August 2024

• Registration must be completed by July 20
• All first-round matches to be played on July 27 or July 28
• Remaining matches must be finished by August 30
• 16 player Bracket
• Entry fee is $25.00 per player
• Handicapped at 100% of most recent handicap revision
• Blue, White or Green Tees (over 60 years old) may be used

Senior Club Championship September 14-15, 2024

• Morning Tee Times (Age 60+)
• The Senior Club Championship will crown our top gross & net players
• All competitors will compete in a stroke play event over a two-day period
• Prizes will be awarded for both low gross and net competitors
• Entry fee is $100.00 per player
• Overall gross champion will earn a reserved parking space with signage until the 2025 Senior Club Championship
• Sign-up will close September 10th
• All play is from White Tees

Club Championship September 14-15, 2024

• Morning Tee Times
• The Club Championship will crown our top gross & net players
• All players will compete in stroke play format over a two-day period
• Prizes will be awarded for both low gross and net competitors
• Entry fee is $100.00 per player
• Overall gross champion will earn a reserved parking space with signage until the 2025 Club Championship
• Sign-up will close September 10th
• All Play is from Black Tees

Nutcracker Open TBD in December

• Greenskeeper Revenge Course Set Up
• Includes Golf, Drink Tickets and Post play awards Banquet

Eligibility requirements for all events: Players are required to be in good standing and to have posted a minimum of five (5) scores in the GHIN handicap system within two (2) months of the event being played.

Member events will be conducted only if minimum player requirements are met. This will be specified with each individual event.
